These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place through it. The website and the Food Tales books are run by Aroh Learning LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACP-6585), with its registered address at 13A, 2nd Floor, Vinayaka Nagar, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641042, India.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aroh Learning LLP. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• The website is meant for parents, guardians and people buying gifts. You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• Please give correct details (name, phone number, email and delivery address) so that we can deliver your order and reach you if needed.
• Please do not misuse the website. For example, do not try to break into it, disturb it, copy it automatically, or place false orders.
• We may update, pause or change the website at any time. We try to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available.

Food Tales is a series of illustrated story books for children aged 2 to 6. The titles you can order right now are An Orange to Share, Hob and Cheese, and Trunk full of Sambar.

We try to show our books as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may look a little different from the printed book, and the preview pages on the website are samples.

Our books are best enjoyed together with a parent or guardian. Any food or cooking ideas in our books or on our social pages are meant for fun and inspiration. They are not medical or nutrition advice. Please check ingredients for allergies and supervise children around food and kitchens.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price is currently Rs. 275 for one book, with bundle prices of 2 books Rs. 525, 3 books Rs. 735. Larger orders may get a further discount, which is shown at checkout.
• Shipping is a flat Rs. 60 per order, and it is free when your order total (after any bundle discount) reaches Rs. 600. See our Shipping Policy.
• The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add hidden charges later.
• We may change our prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. If we find an obvious pricing mistake, we will tell you, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. You pay on their secure payment page, using the payment options shown there. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• If money was deducted from your account but you did not get an order confirmation, please email us with the payment reference or a screenshot. We will check with Cashfree Payments and either confirm your order or refund you.

• When you place an order, you are offering to buy the books. We accept your order when your payment is successful and we send you an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
• Our stock is limited. We may have to cancel an order if a book is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if there is a pricing mistake, or if we suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel, we will tell you and refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
• If you want to change your delivery address or the books in your order, please write to us as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched.

We dispatch orders within 2 working days of order confirmation, and delivery usually takes 5-8 working days after dispatch. We deliver only within India. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details.

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. If a book arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Please read our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for full details.

The stories, characters, illustrations, text, photographs, logos and design on this website and in our books, including the Food Tales name and logo, are protected by copyright and other laws. They belong to Aroh Learning LLP or to the creators who have allowed us to use them.

When you buy a book, you may read it and enjoy it with your family. Please do not copy, scan, share online, translate, sell or use any part of our content (including our illustrations and characters) for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to this website and to our public social media posts.

• We take care in making and packing our books. To the extent the law allows, the website and our products are provided “as is”.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by things outside our control. Examples are courier delays, bad weather, strikes, and problems with internet, bank or payment services.
• Our total responsibility for any claim connected with an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits responsibility for fraud or wilful wrongdoing.
• The website may link to other websites, such as Instagram or Cashfree Payments. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to put it right. Subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your orders.

To help us reply faster, please include your name, the phone number you ordered with, your order number, and a short description of the problem. For a damaged or wrong item, please add clear photos. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
