Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver only within India. We do not ship outside India at the moment. Our courier partners may not serve a few remote pincodes. If that happens with your order, we will contact you before dispatch and either find another way to reach you or refund you in full.

Shipping is a flat Rs. 60 per order, no matter how many books are in it. It is free when your order total, after any bundle discount, reaches Rs. 600. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Prices are in INR and shown after the bundle discount. Your final total is always shown at checkout.

• Dispatch: we hand your order to the courier within 2 working days of order confirmation, which is when your payment succeeds.
• Delivery: your parcel usually reaches you 5-8 working days after dispatch.
• Working days are days other than Sundays and public holidays. To estimate when your books will arrive, add the dispatch time and the delivery time.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas can take a little longer.

When your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking details by email or WhatsApp, using the email address and phone number you gave at checkout. If you cannot find our message, please check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.

Sometimes things outside our control, such as bad weather, festivals, strikes, or local restrictions, slow down couriers. We cannot control these, but we will help you follow up. If your parcel has not arrived after the delivery time above, please email us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.

• Please check your name, address, pincode and phone number carefully before you pay. Couriers call the phone number you give us, so please keep it reachable.
• If you need to change your address, write to us as soon as possible. We can only change it before the order is dispatched.
• If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, the phone number cannot be reached, or the parcel is refused, the courier returns it to us. We will contact you to sort it out. Sending it again may need an extra shipping fee.

Please look at the parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is badly damaged, take photos before you open it. If a book is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
